You will receive your certified appraisal report in PDF format that is emailed directly to you that you can view, save, copy, email, print in color, etc. You can also pick up a printed legal size copy of your report.

* Special price is for all Non Lender, Standard Single Family Homes, Condominium Units, PUD, Townhouses, etc. where an opinion of fair market value is required and the appraisal is not for a loan or a lender. Current Standard Full Price is $350 (You save $75!)

* If you have a lender and they are allowing you to get and pay for your own appraisal for your loan, we can still help! Our price is $300 and it includes the extra requirements needed by lenders. We will work with your lender and can even upload the report directly to them in whatever format required PDF, XML, ENV, etc. FHA & Conventional loans same price.

*Special price is not currently offered for houses over 4000 sf, multi family, excess land, more than 1 parcel, over 5 bedrooms, unique design, complex designs, insufficent number of comps, out of my coverage areas, or any assignment that I am not permitted to complete under the rules of USPAP.
